How does it work?

-Email a photo or address

-A proof will be emailed to you for approval
-Artwork is printed and delivered within 1 business week
 

What kind of structures do you draw?

We do residential homes, commercial business, and other miscellaneous outdoor structures such as pergolas, gazebos, sheds, doghouses, etc.



Will you take the photo?

Yes. If you are inside a 10 mile radius of Springfield, MO.

 

Do you charge for taking photos?

Yes.  $15 flat service fee.

 

What are the color options?
Black and White only



What print sizes can I get?
8" x 10"

11" x 14"



How fast will you produce the home portrait?
Generally, a portrait will take 1 week. Leadtime may vary around the holiday season.  Call or email for current leadtimes.



What payments do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & AMEX)through Paypal, checks, and cash.



What shipping service do you use?
United States Postal Service



Do you make portraits for non-local customers?
Absolutely!  We work for customers all over the United States.



Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes.  Please email or call to discuss.

 

What kind of paper do you use?
Acid free



Will you send the digital file?
Yes.  Please email me for a digital file



Do you charge Sales Tax for emailed files?

No.  Digital files are tax free



Do you charge tax for out of State Sales?

No.  Internet orders sent out of Missouri are tax free.
