TRAFFIC CHARGES

Many people have asked me if they need a lawyer in traffic court.  While the courts rarely require you to have an attorney in traffic court I cannot honestly advise anyone to attempt to represent themselves in any legal matter.  All judges and prosecuting attorneys are different and I will use my knowledge and relationships with the courts and prosecutors to assist you in keeping points off your driving record that can potentially cause you to lose your driving privilege and face higher insurance rates.  Many times judges will allow an attorney to appear for their clients rather than having to miss time from work, school or other obligations.
